My name is Brendan Harper and I am a Graphic and Motion Designer, with over 8 years of commercial experience in graphic, motion and digital design.
In this portfolio, you will find a collection of my work and projects that showcase my skills, experience, and passion for Graphic, Motion & Digital Design, from my most recent employment at Warner Bros. Discovery and other Motion Graphics projects which I have a deep passion for.
I am versatile and all-round designer with a unique skill set who can work on multiple graphic and animation projects. I am able to easily adapt to different work flows, stakeholders and projects. I am constantly striving to improve and expand my knowledge in the industry.
I am currently seeking an exciting full-time position on a permanent or contract basis, where I can contribute my skills and expertise to a company with great brands.

Working with the Global Marketing Director to lead and design the re-brand. Creating and developing their new website and creating a fresh, modern UI & UX user experience. Working on various projects which include motion graphics, video editing, graphic design, 2D and 3D animation, videography, photography, logo design, web design, UI and UX design and email marketing.

Film production company
During my time at Warner Bros. Discovery, I was
responsible for art-working and developing new
in-store concepts, as well as designing clothing,
homeware, and pet products for iconic IPs such as Harry
Potter, Looney Tunes, and DC Comics. Primarily in the
style guides, POP & Retail side I have also been
supporting franchise, category, fashion & home whilst
also working with external stakeholders throughout my
time here.
One of my strengths lies in enhancing and interpreting
design trends/style guides while collaborating and
supporting both internally with the EMEA Creative
Director and with external stakeholders to ensure all
projects were delivered consistently and to a high
standard.
Furthermore, I played a significant role in introducing
and training senior teams in motion graphics and After
Effects, ensuring a seamless integration of these
techniques within the organisation.
A notable aspect of my role involved conceptualising and
presenting ideas for the future of retail, harnessing AI
technology, Web3, and The Metaverse. I embraced these
emerging technologies and envisioned how they could
shape the retail landscape, presenting forward-thinking
concepts that pushed the boundaries of traditional
design.

Hired and managed a team who were responsible for organising and editing short films, adverts and animated educational videos for Microsoft. Created an animated e-learning platform for students and teachers. Due to its popularity and engagement the platform was subsequently rolled out globally.
